Develop Relationships
The key to our success is the long term relationships we build with both our clients and suppliers. During our initial briefing with a new client, we do everything we can to understand the needs of their business and their customers. We can then use this insight to tailor our service to meet their specific requirements. We also use this customer insight to develop relationships with new brands, distributors, and wholesalers, to ensure that we can source the right products to suit their needs.
Identify Products
Once we have built a detailed understanding of our clients’ business, we can use our expertise to identify products to source on their behalf. Our sales analysts will not only identify those products which sell consistently year on year but will also invest time in to discovering and researching new emerging trends. This is particularly useful for our clients who may be looking to broaden the range of products they are offering their customers. However, this isn't required by all our clients as some will already know what products they need and simply look to us to source these products on their behalf.
Source Products
Our product sourcing experts then source these products either from one of our existing suppliers or from a new supplier. Our customers have experienced many benefits to using Stockhouse to source products on their behalf. These include:

We take delivery of the products from our suppliers and carry out thorough checks to ensure that quantity is correct, and the quality is to our required high standards. Once we have booked and processed the order, we use a next day courier service to deliver to our clients.

The final part of the process is to actively seek feedback from our clients, allowing us to continuously improve our service to better meet their needs, resulting in mutually profitable long-term business relationships.
